Park View City Islamabad NOC:

In order to become a legal and approved residential area, a housing society must first become registered with the state. The CDA has already issued Park View City’s NOC with the letter-number CDA/PLW/Zone-4(94)/12/vol-I/168. When it was first built, the NOC was cancelled because of its inconvenient approach via Malot Road. However, it was reinstated soon after a successful trial.
