PARK VIEW CITY
In order to become a legal and approved residential area, a housing society must first become registered with the state. The CDA has already issued Park View City’s NOC with the letter-number CDA/PLW/Zone-4(94)/12/vol-I/168. When it was first built, the NOC was cancelled because of its inconvenient approach via Malot Road. However, it was reinstated soon after a successful trial.
BLUE WORLD CITY
Rawalpindi Development Authority have approved the Blue World City. According to the Local Bodies Ordinance 2021 (signed by Governor Punjab), the District Council Rawalpindi must award NOCs to all residential societies, although the District Council has already done so for Blue World City Islamabad. This society’s legal situation is currently excellent!
NEW METRO CITY
As far as the new metro city NOC is concerned, the developers officially submitted the entire legal documentation and paperwork credentials in return for this, soon the TMA Tehsil municipal authority will approve the NOC non-objection certificate.
